You'll need to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and an email address. After submitting your details, you'll receive a verification code via SMS to confirm your mobile number. Once confirmed, your account is created and you can proceed to identity verification before making your first deposit.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on niveph. This is in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. All new accounts are subject to mandatory age and identity verification before any real-money play is permitted. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed and any funds returned.

niveph requires a valid government-issued Philippine ID for identity verification. Accepted documents include the PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, PRC ID, or Voter's ID. You'll need to upload a clear photo of the front (and back, if applicable) of your chosen ID. Most verifications are completed within 24 hours on business days. You will receive an email notification once your account has been verified.

No. Each player is permitted to hold only one niveph account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset option on the login page rather than creating a new account.

Visit the niveph Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address registered to your account and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. Deposits & Withdrawals

niveph supports a wide range of Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. These include GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We are continuously working to add more payment options to make banking on niveph as convenient as possible for players across Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, and the rest of the Philippines.

The minimum deposit on niveph is ₱100 for most payment methods, including GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer minimums may vary depending on your bank's own transaction limits. There is no maximum deposit limit set by niveph, though your chosen payment provider may impose their own limits. Always check your GCash or bank app for any applicable transaction caps.

Withdrawal processing times on niveph depend on your chosen method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours once approved. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank generally take 1–3 business days. All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review before processing. Ensure your account is fully verified to avoid delays. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that match the name on your verified niveph account.

niveph does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors are outside of niveph's control and are the responsibility of the player.
Bonuses & Promotions

New niveph players are eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. To claim it, ensure you opt in to the welcome offer during registration or on the promotions page of your account dashboard. The bonus will be credited to your account automatically once your deposit is confirmed. Welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — please review the full bonus terms in our Terms & Conditions before claiming.

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you must wager a bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Different games may contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less. No. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Your real-money balance (funds deposited without a bonus) can be withdrawn at any time, subject to our standard withdrawal processing procedures.

Yes. niveph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an added layer of security. When 2FA is active, you will be required to enter a one-time code sent to your registered Philippine mobile number each time you log in from a new device or browser. You can enable 2FA from the Security section of your account settings. This helps protect your account even if your password is ever compromised.

If you notice any unauthorized transactions, login attempts, or other suspicious activity on your niveph account, change your password immediately and contact our support team at [email protected]. Our security team will investigate and, if necessary, temporarily freeze your account to prevent further unauthorized access. Never share your password or OTP codes with anyone — niveph staff will never ask for your password.
Responsible Gaming

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from the Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the change takes effect — this is intentional and designed to protect you. Self-exclusion can be activated from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. Choose an exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent.
