1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and niveph ("niveph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the niveph website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion terms, or other policies published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

niveph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the niveph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is lawful.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of niveph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by niveph or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

niveph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by niveph may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the niveph Platform, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, niveph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated transactions.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. niveph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: niveph may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or as required by applicable regulations. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the niveph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: niveph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. niveph reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• Verification Requirement: niveph may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the niveph account.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may not deposit funds from a payment account that does not belong to you, nor may you request withdrawals to a third-party account. Any such transaction will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
• Currency: All balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). niveph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the niveph Platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game section and form part of these Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. niveph does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• niveph reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error in odds, lines, or game data has occurred due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or game provider shall be final and binding.
• niveph reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any Player, game, or event at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• Winnings from sports betting are subject to the odds applicable at the time the bet was placed and accepted. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect confirmed bets.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

niveph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion terms. niveph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus balance not used within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• niveph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the niveph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or identity fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in violation of any applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the niveph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of niveph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of niveph.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, niveph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

niveph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. niveph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In no event shall niveph's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your niveph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

niveph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we have implemented a range of tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Session Limits: Players may set time limits on their gaming sessions to help manage the amount of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reminders that display the duration of their current gaming session.
• PAGCOR Resources: niveph supports the responsible gaming initiatives of PAGCOR and encourages Players who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties to seek assistance from licensed counseling services available across the Philippines.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

niveph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Determination that you are ineligible to hold an account (e.g., underage, duplicate account, prohibited jurisdiction).
• Any conduct that niveph reasonably believes may harm the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Upon termination of your account for cause, niveph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting niveph customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the niveph Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent niveph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
